These highly trained professional K9s perform over 100 distinct jobs that are critical and essential for humans and society.  These K9 jobs are not replaceable by humans or machines.  Professional K9s work in every segment of society: aviation, agriculture, cancer, commerce, environment, medical/mental health assistance, narcotics, national security, research, service, sports, veterinary medicine, and others. Professional K9s’ abilities are far superior to humans in sight, hearing, agility, speed and through their undying loyalty and their deep capacity for unconditional love.  Recognition of their work is limited as they mostly serve behind the scenes, not visible to most people and therefore receive less support including financially.  Whenever you see a K9 team working, please thank them for their service and making your life and that of your family, friends and colleagues safer.
