Pursuant to state regulations regarding charitable solicitation, we are required to include certain disclosure language on all printed solicitations (whether electronic or otherwise).

New Jersey:  Registration number CH29219-00.  Information filed with The Attorney General concerning this charitable solicitation may be obtained from The Attorney General of the State of New Jersey by calling (973) 504-6215. Registration with The Attorney General does not imply endorsement.

New York: Registration Number 40-15-04. The Foundation is currently exempt from filing annual reports under both Article 7-A of the New York Executive Law and the New York Estates, Powers and Trusts Law because (i) its total contributions from New York State do not exceed $25,000 and it does not use the services of a professional fund raiser or fund raising counsel to solicit contributions and (ii) its total gross receipts and the market value of its assets do not exceed $25,000. Annual reports for the Foundation will only be filed with the New York State Attorney General’s Charities Bureau after the organization no longer qualifies for exemption under the foregoing provisions. Pennsylvania: The Foundation is currently exempt from registration in Pennsylvania as a charitable organization which receives contributions of $25,000 or less annually and does not compensate any person who conducts solicitations.

Connecticut: Organization Identification Number 51098. The Foundation is currently exempt from registration in Connecticut as a charitable organization which normally receives less than fifty thousand Dollars in contributions annually and does not compensate any person primarily to conduct solicitations.
